How much is shipping?

Shipping works on a sliding scale, starting at £1.50 for UK delivery (mostly just the postcards), £2.50 for ear/bow holders, £3.50 for t-shirts etc. and working up to £6. All orders are sent second class as standard to keep prices low. International orders start at £8 as they are all sent tracked/signed, but mostly will cost around £10-12 as again these work on a sliding scale. The easiest way to know how much shipping will be is to add the items to your basket and it will calculate it for you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I'm based in the UK so orders within this country are all sent with Royal Mail. I'm happy to ship anywhere and parcels are sent with tracking to make sure your orders stay safe. They are dispatched via Royal Mail but will switch to your local mail provider once they leave the UK.

Is there tracking for my order?

All orders have some form of tracking, however due to the way I process my orders for dispatch, it isn't always possible to add the tracking information at the time you receive your dispatch notification. If you would like the tracking information, please feel free to contact me to get this.

How do I work out what size clothing I need?

All the sizing information is listed in each of the listings. For unisex sizes, these are generally loose and measurements are given in inches. To find out your right size, I recommend using a proper measurement to decide. However for ladies, a conversion chart is also included in the photos so you can roughly gauge your dress size against the top size.

What sizes do you go up to?

There are toddler sizes which range from 0-6 months, to 3-4 years. Kids sizes range from 4-5 years old, to 14-15 years. Adult sizes run from Small to 2XL as standard. Fitted styles will only go up to 2XL but unisex styles do go larger. If you are looking for 3XL to 5XL sizes then please feel free to get in touch.

What is your dispatch time?

As standard I try to leave my dispatch time as 2-3 weeks. During quieter months this can be quicker but during busy periods its more likely to be three weeks. To be on the safe side, always add three weeks to the date you order, for the date your order is going to be dispatched. If this cuts it close to a time you'd like the order by, then please just ask and I will do my best to get your order out a little quicker where possible.

Do you offer custom orders?

There are always designs that I'm wanting to add to the store, so if there is something specific you are looking for then please feel free to ask. I'm afraid I can't promise these within the two week dispatch time frame as I need time to make the design and test it, before agreeing to make it. But if you're not in too much of a rush, then just ask and I'll see what I can do.

Is there are charge for custom orders?

For the most part, the answer is no. The design will be prices the same as other similar designs in the store, so long as it's a design that I could put in the store. However if you are looking for something quite niche or even a business logo etc. then there is an additional £5 charge for the time spent converting your design into something that can be embroidered.
